Social distancing – Part 1
so the last few weeks were a challenge indeed. For weeks we wouldn't meet people we care for, afraid we or they could be unknowingly sick and infected bei Covid-19. For weeks we only stayed connected through smart devices, telephones and computers using softwares like Whatsapp, Facebook, Skype, Zoom or others. It was scary, exciting, tiring and sometimes exhausting. Either too little or too much communication. I talked to my parents everyday...which is more than usual. worried, not wanting them to feel lonely. They missed out 2 months of watching our children grow up, which honestly is a lot when they're still small. No cuddling, no yummy indonesian food, no babysitting – but at least we could videocall.
